These terms apply when you use asvabcommander.com. By creating an account or buying from the site, you agree to them.

What ASVAB Commander is

ASVAB Commander is an independent study service for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the armed forces. All questions are original practice questions, not actual ASVAB items.

Practice scores, including any AFQT estimate, are study aids. We do not guarantee any score on the real test, eligibility to enlist, or qualification for any job.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
• You must be at least 13 to use the site. If you are under 18, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Membership and payment

• The free diagnostic is 25 questions and needs no payment.
• Membership costs $9.99 a month and renews automatically each month until you turn renewal off.
• You can turn renewal off at any time. Your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for.
• PDF books are one-time purchases. Prices are shown before you pay and are in U.S. dollars.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. If a renewal payment fails, your access ends when the paid period runs out.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

What you may and may not do

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the site and any PDFs you buy for your own study.

• Do not copy, share, resell or publish the questions, explanations, flashcards, formulas or PDFs.
• Do not share your account or your download links.
• Do not use automated tools to collect content from the site, or try to get around the paywall or security.
• Do not choose a leaderboard nickname that is offensive or impersonates someone. We may remove any nickname.

Our content and yours

All questions, explanations, books, text, images and software on the site belong to ASVAB Commander or its licensors. Your answers and scores are yours; you allow us to store and process them to run the service.

Ending an account

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current paid period.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. If you find a mistake in a question, please tell us.

To the extent the law allows, ASVAB Commander is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will post it here and update the date above; continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where ASVAB Commander is based. Questions go to admin@asvabcommander.com.
