Refund policy

We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why the 25-question diagnostic is free. If something still goes wrong, this is how refunds work.

Membership

• You can turn off renewal at any time from your Account page. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If you ask within 7 days of your first membership payment, we will refund it in full.
• Renewal payments are not refunded once the new month has started, but turning renewal off stops all future charges.

PDF books

PDFs are delivered as soon as payment clears, so sales are normally final. We will refund a PDF order within 7 days if:

• you were charged twice for the same order,
• the file is damaged or will not open and we cannot fix it, or
• you could not get your download and we cannot get it to you.

How to ask

Email admin@asvabcommander.com from the address you used to pay, and tell us what you bought and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
