I did not get my confirmation email

Check your spam folder first. On the "Confirm your email" page, use "Send the email again". If it still does not arrive, email us and we will confirm your account by hand.

How do I stop my membership renewing?

Open your Account page and turn renewal off. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

How do I get a refund?

See the refund policy, then email us from the address you paid with.

Where are my PDFs?

After payment, your download links are on the thank-you page and on the Downloads page of your account. If a link has expired or a file will not open, email us.

I think a question or answer is wrong

Please tell us. Email the question text, or a screenshot, and what you think is wrong. We check every report.

Reporting a security problem

If you find a security problem on the site, email admin@asvabcommander.com with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not access other people's data, make purchases you do not intend to keep, or slow the site down while testing. We reply within 2 business days.

How do I delete my account?

Email us from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We remove your profile and study history within 30 days.
